At The Counseling Center at West Caldwell, our mission is to give you the opportunity to improve your mental health and treat the co-occurring disorders that often are part of substance and alcohol use. The clinicians at our outpatient treatment center in West Caldwell will provide the support you need to better understand yourself, learn effective coping strategies, and in the end, overcome substance use by dealing with the reasons behind addiction. The Counseling Center operates within the Praesum Healthcare organization. Praesum began its original facility in 2004 as we recognized a demand for more individualized substance use and mental health care in East Coast communities. We now provide quality behavioral health services at many facilities covering five states.
